Rental Information

Rates and policies effective July 1, 2023

Pine Basin facilities can be reserved for rental year-round except Sunday afternoon through Friday afternoon June 1 – August 20 when we have summer camp. 

The cabin does not have a kitchen and may not be accessible during winter months.

Rental Rates:
Lodge Only - $400.00/night
Cabin Only - $300.00/night 
Lodge and Cabin - $600.00/night

Cleaning and Damage Deposit:
Lodge Only - $500.00/reservation
Cabin Only - $500.00/reservation
Lodge and Cabin - $600.00/reservation

Facilities must be clean to Management’s satisfaction upon check out and if damages occurred during your stay, you may not receive part or all of the cleaning/damage deposit. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse future rentals.

Reservations are not finalized or guaranteed until the rental application is submitted, and the cleaning/damage deposit is paid. All remaining fees must be paid in full two weeks prior to your scheduled stay. If payment is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with NO refund. Payment in full is appreciated upon reservation.

Cancelation of reservations may be made prior to two (2) weeks in advance to receive a full refund. If cancelation is made at or within two (2) weeks of your reservation, there will be NO refund.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm on the first day of rental. Check-out time is 12:00pm the last day of rental. Late checkout will result in additional fees.

No confetti or glitter allowed inside facilities.

Grounds must be clean, and all trash and other waste disposed of properly.

Groups and/or individuals causing unwarranted damage to facilities will be responsible to compensate the district for such damages.

It is the intent of the district to provide use of the facilities on a preferential basis in the following order:

  1. School or District Usage
  2. Student Usage (not school sponsored)
  3. Community Affairs Usage
  4. Commercial Usage

Facilities must be used in accordance with the requirements of Bonneville Joint School District No 93 policy and Forest Service rules/regulations.
