Q: Is Pine Basin open year-round?
A: Yes, except the summer months when we have youth camp. June-August we are renting only Friday night through Sunday afternoon.

Q: Check in and Out Times?
A: 3:00pm check in; 12:00pm check out

Q: What does it cost to rent the lodge?
A: $300.00/night.

Q: Are there any other charges besides the $300/night rental?
A: Yes, a $200 refundable cleaning deposit.

Q: How many beds are there?
A: There are 28 beds inside.

Q: How many bedrooms are available?
A: There are three private bedrooms and one big room with 1-12 beds.

Q: What type of bedding is available?
A: Only a mattress cover is provided.

Q: What cooking equipment is available?
A: Gas grill-griddle and 2-burner stove with two ovens.

Q: Are there pots and pans and dishes available?
A: Pots, pans, and serving utensils are available. Eating utensils and plates are not provided.

Q: How many bathrooms and showers are there?
A: Separate bathrooms for men and women. There are two showers.

Q: Are campers welcome?
A: Yes, there is plenty of parking for rv’s and spots for tents.

Q: Are there hook-ups for trailers?
A: No. sorry!

Q: Are motorcycles and atv’s welcome?
A: No! Sorry! (Forest Service)

Q: Are pets allowed at Pine Basin?
A: Outside pets are allowed. All waste must be properly disposed of.

Q: Can renters smoke or drink alcohol?
A: No. sorry!

Q: Can we shoot guns onsite?
A: NO!!!

Q: What other features are available?
A: Amphitheater, volleyball, horseshoes, and plenty of grass for games.

Q: Is there internet or phone access?
A: There is internet, however, it is not great bandwidth.
